Straight answers
Calls through the CallVA voice engine cost €0.15 per minute on every plan. If you connect your own voice engine, CallVA does not add a per-minute voice fee; your provider's own charges still apply. The monthly subscription pays for the platform capacity, features and data retention included in the plan.
A call accepted by or initiated through CallVA and added to the platform counts towards the plan's monthly processing capacity.
No. Integration, implementation and agent-development work is scoped and billed separately. These services are available to Business and Enterprise customers.
